Where has this month gone? Its been a couple of week and updates are in order.

No word from the PC, probably wont hear anything until at least September.

The campaign trail has been chaotic and exciting. We did a Camp Wellstone training one weekend in Portland. The following weekend we were up in Aroostook County (6 hours north!) for the Potato Blossom Festival hanging out cows, eating raspberries, and marching in a parade. This weekend I had some free time, spent most of it catching up on sleep. Things are only going to get crazier as they progress. Still loving every moment.

Hurry up & wait.

In Peace Corps news, my medical packet has been SUBMITTED!!!!!!!! It was more than 40 pages of paperwork. I went through it at least 5 times, every signature was there, everything filled out. Now, I wait, and check the tracking information on the envelope every hour.

A quick update on the campaign trail: still loving every minute. Summer is filled with lots of festivals & parades, we’ll be doing a lot of traveling and I am very excited to see every corner of Maine! Since the primary everything has been in a bit of a transition phase, but things are finally settling down. Work & PC are consuming most of my thoughts, loving the present & very excited for future possibilities!
